Many manufactures offer additional factory coverage. If you have purchased the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) item with the retail packaging, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranties Policy.

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that you would like to provide.

Your shipping cost will vary based on the total size and weight of your purchase, as well as the delivery address and shipping option you selected. Please use our Shipping and Tax Calculator to determine the shipping cost for your order. If your recipient is stationed within the U.S., all APO/FPO orders will be shipped via Standard Shipping anywhere in the U.S. without minimum purchase. Express Shipping options are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses.

If we find that your shipping address is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify the correct address for a re-delivery.
